Modify the jdbc.properties file as instructed in the section titled “Connect the Enforce Server to the Oracle 19c database”, page 55.

For a Windows hosted Enforce, update the database server connection as instructed in the section titled “Update the database server connection on Windows”, page 56.
For a Linux hosted Enforce, update the database server connection as instructed in the section titled "Update the database server connection on Linux", page 56.
