Registration to UMC fails during DCS 6.7 fresh install

Issue/Introduction
During a fresh install of DCS 6.7 Registering to UMC shows as failed.
In the <DCS Server Installation Directory>\tomcat\logs\configuration.log there are messages showing invalid username/password when attempting to connect to UMC.
Cause
When specifying the dcsadmin password during the installation wizard, either a % or a " was used in the password.
Resolution
You cannot use a % or a " in the password for dcsadmin.
To fix this, navigate to <DCS Server Installation Directory>\tomcat\tools\wizard directory.
Right click on setupConfigWizard.bat and chose Run as administrator.
Follow the wizards instructions and when asked for the dcsadmin password do not use % or " in it.
Finish the wizard and it will complete the registration to UMC.
Note: If this deployment of DCS is in an environment which cannot connect to the internet, it will still display failed for Registering to UMC.
As a part of tis process there are services which connect to Symantec servers for updates.
As long as you can log into UMC at this time you can ignore that error.
