Issue/Introduction
If the option to create a custom Gatelet in the CloudSOC Store is not available, the Custom Gatelet feature may not be enabled for the particular tenant.
Cause
Custom gatelet feature is not enabled from the backend for that tenant.
Resolution
Please open a support case with Broadcom CASB Support to have this feature enabled.
Additional Information
Custom Gatelets only have the basic ability to detect (login, logout, upload & download).
