All ProxySG platforms running SGOS 220.127.116.11 are affected.
The supported downgrade path from SGOS 6.6.x is to SGOS 18.104.22.168. An attempt to downgrade a ProxySG running SGOS 22.214.171.124 to SGOS 126.96.36.199 or older can result in the downgrade failing and the ProxySG becoming unresponsive. If this downgrade was attempted and the ProxySG is in this state it will need to be power cycled (physically remove the power cables and plug them back in) to get it back online. This downgrade issue is experienced only when Webpulse and Blue Coat content filtering are enabled and the supported downgrade path is not followed.
If downgrading to SGOS 188.8.131.52 is not possible then follow these steps prior to downgrading:
1. Disable the Webpulse service (Configuration->Threat Protection->Webpulse, uncheck 'Enable Webpulse Service' and apply changes)
2. Disable Blue Coat content filtering (Configuration->Content Filtering->General, uncheck enable for 'Blue Coat' and apply changes)
Once the downgrade is complete the Webpulse service and Blue Coat content filter can be re-enabled.
Downgrade to SGOS 184.108.40.206 or later.
