As of December 7th 2017, Web Gateway has reached the End of Standard Support milestone and begins the Partial Support phase.
During Partial Support, Symantec will not develop new patches or bug fixes to address vulnerabilities and will not escalate issues to management or to engineering for assistance. Symantec will continue to release database updates for malware, antivirus, and content definitions when needed.
Technical support will continue to provide assistance with troubleshooting and problem isolation until Web Gateway reaches End of Support Life on December 7th, 2019. Symantec will also continue to maintain the Web Gateway Support page, where you can search our extensive knowledge base.
