Mind Maps for deploying Control Compliance Suite 11.5.2
Last Updated October 17, 2017
You can use a new tool that helps you understand and work with Control Compliance Suite (CCS) even quicker and better. We bring you Mind Maps.
What is a Mind Map?
Mind Map is a use-case-based graphical presentation of complex concepts and product workflows with relevant links embedded for quick and easy access. These links take you to the relevant conceptual and procedural information, which you must know while achieving your business objectives with CCS.
Why use a Mind Map?
Want to be familiar with key terms in CCS? Want to quickly understand product architecture? Want to plan your CCS deployment? Want to install and configure the product? You are stuck somewhere and want to troubleshoot the issue? Want to watch relevant videos? Mind Map serves as a one-stop solution for all your requirements.
Structure of a Mind Map
A Mind Map comprises expandable and collapsible blocks that we call map topics.
Central topic: Theme or title
The central topic from which other topics originate contains the main theme or the title of the map. It helps you understand the use-case that the map deals with.
Main topics: Main phases in workflow
The main topics that stem out of the central topic represent the main phases involved in the completion of the use-case workflow. Each main topic constitutes a branch of related subtopics that may include conceptual topics or procedural topics. Expand the main topics to view the subtopics.
Subtopic counter: Expand hidden topics
A number in a small bubble below the main topic indicates the number of unseen subtopics in a collapsed branch. Click the number to expand the hidden subtopics.
Subtopics serve as progressive disclosure of information, generally steps involved in the workflow to successfully complete the use-case.
