Use the DLP Cloud Services Cloud Management Portal to configure your cloud services after you purchase them. After you place your order, you will receive a Welcome Email from Symantec order processing. The letter includes information on how to obtain a Symantec Secure Login account (if you do not already have one), a link to the Cloud Management Portal, and a login ID.
Overview of the steps you need to take to initiate your service
Log on to the CMP
Log in to Symantec Secure Login, or create a Symantec Secure Login account.
Click the link in the email to reach your Cloud Management Portal account.
Log in to your CMP account.
On the dashboard, view the cloud services that you have purchased.
Configure your cloud service
Choose the cloud service that you want to configure and provide the information requested.
After you press Configure for the following services, you will receive an email containing your enrollment bundle by the end of the next business day:
Cloud Service for Email
Cloud Detection Service for CASB (CloudSOC)
Cloud Detection Service for Web Security Service
After you press Configure for the ICE service you will receive an email with further instructions.

Convert a Trial cloud service to Production
On the Configure DLP Cloud <service name> screen:
Enter your email address or distribution list.
Select Yes under Convert a Trial to production.
Select the trial service that you want to convert to production.
Choose your region
When configuring a new service, you need to choose the region where you want your services deployed in the cloud. Symantec offers two choices: North America or Europe. You can choose either region, no matter where you are located.
You don't need to choose a region for services that you are converting from Trial to Production.
