When editing software product, under "Meter/track usage" tab you will see the list of software components you might want to change.
There is no supported way to break such association. The only solution is to delete either software component or software product.
1. Delete software product and create and configure new software product as desired.
2. Delete software component that you would like to remove association with.
This can be done from Resource Manager > select desired software product > enter Resource Association Grid > filter association type by "Software Product Contains Software Component" and delete desired software component(s).
NB! These associations are result of intelligent software identification process that is triggered during NS.Nightly schedule. This is working by actual process.
