To extract email, user and group data from a source, you create a configuration profile that includes the following:
The details of the data source
The data repository that you want to extract the data to.
You can add filters to ensure that you only extract the data that you require. A Configuration Wizard guides you through the process of creating a profile.
A configuration profile can contain more than one synchronization type. To add a further synchronization type, proceed through the wizard for the first type and save your settings. Then return to the first step to select another synchronization type to configure.
Configuration settings and synchronization data are stored in a directory with the same name as the configuration profile. The location varies according to the operating system, as follows:
Table: Synchronization data locations for operating systems
C:\Documents And Settings\All Users\Application Data\Schemus\configurations
