Enrolling a Windows Phone 8.1 device with Symantec Mobility: Suite

Enrolling your Windows Phone 8.1 device with Symantec Mobility: Suite lets your organization provide mobile device management (MDM) for the device. Your administrator should provide you with logon credentials and any additional information you need to know to enroll your device.
Enroll a Windows Phone 8.1 device
On your Windows Phone device on the Home screen, swipe left to see an application list. Scroll down the list and tap Settings.
Under system applications, tap workplace.
On the workplace screen, tap add account.
Type your email address and tap sign in.
If you attempt to enroll a restricted device, an error message appears. Restricted enrollments include attempting to enroll a device with an unsupported operating system or attempting to enroll more devices than permitted. In this scenario, you can go to the User portal and remove another enrolled device. Then you can follow the same procedures to enroll this device.
Troubleshooting: If you cannot enroll your device using your email address, you may be prompted to enter a server address. If so, contact your administrator and request the FQDN server address. Type this address and proceed with these instructions.
During the workplace registration process, you may see a message about the redirection of the email domain to Symantec Mobility: Suite. If so, tap continue to complete the workplace account registration.
The enrollment screen appears.
You may see a different branding title and enrollment options based on how your administrator sets up the enrollment screen.
Type your user name and password.
Contact your administrator if you are uncertain which user name and password to use.
You may see an option to indicate device ownership if your administrator requires it. If so, indicate whether the Windows Phone is your personal device.
Accept the license agreement and then tap Sign In.
Tap License Agreement to view the terms of the license agreement.
Tap done when you see the screen that you have successfully enrolled your device.
The name of your workplace account appears on the Settings > workplace page.
The enrollment process is complete.
