The Symantec Mobility Manager Dashboard page gives you a visual snapshot of the activity occurring with your Symantec Mobility: Suite. Hover over a graphic to view additional information.
Table: Dashboard panels
Shows the number of users who were sent enrollment invitations and the total number of registered users.
Top 5 High/Low Alerts
Shows the number of high priority and low priority alerts in your mailbox.
High Priority: An action is required to continue service.
Low Priority: An important event occurred, a threat is detected on a device, or an action is required to prevent a stop in service.
Click an low or high alerts to view a dialog box that contains a list of alerts and the dates they occurred. The dialog box also has a link to your inbox.
Users must clear threats from their devices. Threats cannot be cleared from devices through Mobility Manager. Once the threat is cleared from a device, threats can take up to 15 minutes to show up as removed in Mobility Manager. Use the Devices > [device] > Details page to view threats on individual devices.
