You can set up a default email address to which all notification emails are sent. You can also specify a different email address (or a distribution list address if multiple people should receive notification) for a specific type of notification. For example, the administrator who monitors device compliance may be different than the administrator who monitors license renewals. Mobility Suite also lets you create custom subject prefixes and message suffixes to notification emails.
Under Default settings, type an email address. Optionally add a subject prefix and a message suffix.
When you specify a default email address, this address is automatically pre-populated into the various notification type email address fields.
Click On to enable the notification emails you want to be sent.
To specify recipients other than the default recipient, click the + icon next to the notification type and type the email address of the alternative recipient. You can also use an email distribution list ("DL") address.
