You can view the configuration information of all the Control Compliance Suite (CCS) services that are installed. The health and the status jobs are run only on CCS Manager and the application server components.
The health information that is displayed is not live and is based on the scheduled jobs and the manual job runs. The health and the status jobs are run at the following time intervals:
The information is posted every 24 hours at midnight.
You can manually refresh the information at anytime from the Settings > Map view and the Settings > Grid view.
The information is posted every hour and is purged after seven days.
The quick status is only displayed for the LiveUpdate panels.
You can export the data format.
You can view the health status of multiple CCS Manager at the same time.
The following are the different health status icons that are displayed in the top left corner of the various infrastructure components in the Map view:
Green check circle
Indicates a healthy status.
Yellow warning triangle
Indicates that the component needs attention.
Red stop sign
Indicates that the component has failed the health status check.
Pink question mark
Indicates that system cannot get a status on the component.
To view health and status of a component
Go to Settings > System Topology > Map view.
In the Map view, pause the mouse over the component.
You can view information of the selected component in the balloon window that appears.
In the balloon window, click on the Health and Status Details link to view complete health and status information for that component.
If the CCS Manager Load Balancer health status displays that the component failed to respond to the last Health and Status update query, the connected CCS Managers also display the same health status. You must repair the Load Balancer and then run the Health and Status job again, to get the updated status of the CCS Managers connected to the load balancer.
