Symantec Mobility: Suite provides a configuration editor (called the Configuration manager) that lets you add the key value pairs. You can manually enter key value pairs. But the simplest method is to obtain a property list file (.plist) from the app vendor or copy the app configuration from ann existing app, import it, and then modify it as needed. You may want to create multiple app configurations for the same app that you can assign to different groups. So Mobility Suite lets you clone an existing app configuration's key value pairs and modify it as needed.
To define the key value pairs, you must obtain a list of configuration parameters from the app vendor. The keys must match the app vendors parameters exactly (i.e., same name), and they must be entered in lowercase text. Similarly, the values must match the data type that the app vendor requires. App configurations support the use of the following tokens as values: {EMAIL}, {USERID}, {USER}, {FIRSTNAME}, {LASTNAME}, {TD_DEVICE_ID}.
