Starting September 4, 2018, all the new iOS and Android devices that you enroll in SEP Cloud will receive a new app. If you are an existing customer with iOS and Android devices, you must be aware of the following changes:

The Transfer option on the device details page will not be available for iOS and Android devices due to strict user and device association requirements. If you want to change the ownership of a mobile device, you need to unenroll it from the old user's account, and then re-enroll it in SEP Cloud using the new user's account.
