Use the following procedure to add additional storage to the existing ATP VM:
To add additional storage
In the VMware vSphere Client, click: View > Inventory > Hosts and Clusters.
Right-click ATP VM, and choose Edit Settings.
Under Hardware, click Add....
Select Hard Disk and click Next.
For Disk Size, type 2 TB, select Thick Provision Lazy Zeroed, Store with the virtual machine, and click Next.
Accept the default Advanced options, and click Next.
To change the memory allocation, under Hardware, select Memory and increase the memory to 48 GB.
To change the CPU cores, select CPU and on the Number of cores per socket drop-down menu, increase the number of cores to 12.
Turn on the VM and install ATP 3.x.
