Configuring Symantec Endpoint Protection 15
Note: The same configuration steps apply to collect logs from SEP 14.2 roaming clients.
To Get the Client ID, Client Secret, Customer ID and Domain ID Key from the Cloud console.
Log in to the SEP 15/14.2 Console.
Select Integration from the left side panel.

Click on Client Applications tab.

Note: Customer ID, Domain ID and Client ID can be copied from the above screenshot.
For Client secret, click on three dots (...) present on the right side of the application name.

Creating New Request for Monitoring
Once the device is configured as outlined in the steps above and all network pre-requisites have been made, you are now ready to onboard it for MSS monitoring. To complete this process, submit a New Request via the MSS Portal at https://mss.symantec.com/. This new request should contain the following information:

SEP Cloud URL:
Client Secret Key:
Customer Domain ID :
