Each Symantec Endpoint Detection and Response appliance (physical or virtual) has a set of commands that you can use to administer the product. The commands include standard Linux commands, plus Symantec EDR-specific Linux commands. You execute these commands from the system console.
On physical appliances, you can access the system console by using:
On virtual appliances, the system console is the VMware console.
If you use the sshconfig enable command, you can connect using ssh to physical or virtual systems.
