To Wake a computer via the Wake on Lan via the Notification Server 7.x do the following:-

1) Select Manage -> Jobs and Tasks

2) Select Samples -> Notification Server
3) Scroll down until you locate the job Restart Computer

(Note: If Restart Computer is not visible, right-mouse click on NOTIFICATION SERVER (or AUTOMATION POLICY TASKS), select New, then select TASK. Click on POWER CONTROL or RESTART COMPUTER, then click OK.) 
4) Right mouse click on this job and select Clone

5) Rename this job to Wake on LAN or anything of your preference
6) Either set up a schedule or a do a Quick run on the selected machines to run the Wake on LAN option
