Product version: Symantec Brightmail Gateway 8.0 and later versions
One or more of the following issues can cause this error:
The appliance server is low in disk space.
The system has a memory issue.
The message is corrupt.
Refer to the context of the Brightmail server log to determine the possible root cause and perform the appropriate action. Based on the root cause, you can free the disk space, restart Brightmail Engine, or restart Brightmail MTA services. If the issue persists, contact Symantec support.
