Capturing and editing screen shots

You can capture and edit a screen shot using the Screen Capture utility.

To capture a screen shot

Open the Screen Capture utility (Start > Programs > Symantec > Workflow Designer > Tools > ScreenCapture Util).
Select to capture by region, the whole screen, or set up a delayed capture.
To crop your image, click the Crop Image icon and select the region you want to keep.
To add a note, click the Add Note icon, select where on the image you want the note, and enter the information you want.
You can change the font, font color, fill color, border color, and border width by clicking on the appropriate icons.
To draw a rectangle, click the Draw Rectangle icon and select where on the image you want the rectangle to be drawn.
You can change the font, font color, fill color, border color, and border width by clicking on the appropriate icons.
To save the image to your clipboard, click the Copy to Clipboard icon.
To save the image to a file, click the Save to File icon.
To send the image to a workflow, click the Send to Workflow icon.
