Cause: Two or more entries in one or more data sources share the same email address.
Resolution: The logged entries should be examined to determine how the duplicate address was arrived at. If both of the entries show the address, one of the entries in the data source must be modified. The address resolution, quarantine address resolution, and routing functions require uniqueness of recipient addresses (either within a single data source, or across multiple sources) in order to be able to correctly determine which group policy, quarantine account, routing information, etc. should be applied. If the offending address does not appear in the logged entries, the data source queries should be examined to determine if the non-uniqueness can be accounted for there. For example, two users with a last name of 'Smith', where the LDAP query filter is (|(email=%s)(uid=%u)(sn=%u)).
