ITMS/CMS 7.5 is now available. pcAnywhere Solution is not updated in this release. An update for pcAnywhere Solution is needed to update the filters used in the pcAnywhere Solution policies, for details see:
DOCUMENTATION NOTE: Can install Symantec pcAnywhere Solution 12.6.7 even though SP2 is not installed The Release Notes state that “Upgrading to pcAnywhere Solution 12.6.7 is only supported from IT Management Suite 7.1 SP2.” However, Symantec pcAnywhere Solution 12.6.7 is available in Symantec Installation Manager, even though the pre-requisite 7.1 SP2 is not installed yet.
Please do one of the following: Install CMS or ITMS 7.1 SP2 prior to pcAnywhere Solution 12.6.7; or Install either ITMS 7.1 SP2b or CMS SP2b(because those include pcAnywhere Solution 12.6.7).
