Control Compliance Suite (CCS) lets you add themes to customize the appearance of the CCS Web console. The Web console comes with a default theme.
You can customize the appearance by creating a new Web console theme and modifying the CSS files. The administrator can change the theme from the Settings page.
To customize the theme
Navigate to the Default theme folder on the Web console server .
The Default theme folder is located in the following directory path:
<install directory>\CCS\Reporting and Analytics\WebPortal\App_Themes
Copy and Paste the Default theme folder to a different location.
Rename the Default theme folder. The name of the folder is the theme name.
Modify the CSS class names in all the Infragistics CSS files that are in the custom theme folder.
Do the following:
Open the Infragistics CSS files that are in the custom theme folder one at a time. The Infragistics CSS file names are prefixed with ig_. For example: ig_calenderview.css.
In the CSS files, prefix all the class names that start with a dot (.). The prefix must be the same name as the theme folder that you created in step 3. For example: If you named the custom theme folder "CompanyXYZ", you must modify the class name ".igcv_Control" in ig_calendarview.css to ".igcv_CompanyXYZControl". Similarly, you must modify all the class names that start with ".igcv_" in the file ig_calendarview.css.
If required, you can modify the CSS files to change the font and color.
After you have completed updating all the CSS files, copy the theme folder.
Navigate to the <install directory>\CCS\Reporting and Analytics\WebPortal\App_Themes folder.
Paste the new theme folder under APP_Themes.
You must copy the new theme folder on all the Web console servers in the Web farm.
In the Web console > Settings > General page, select the new theme from the Theme drop-down list.
The Settings page displays a preview of the new theme.
