You may need to make changes to the settings for the accounts the Application Server and the Management Services use. The Symantec.CSM.ConfigureServiceAccount.exe
tool lets you make any needed changes.
The tool is available on the Application Server and Directory Server host in the following locations:

When you use the Symantec.CSM.ConfigureServiceAccount.exe tool, you set the account of the currently logged on user as the service account. You can also use the Windows runas command to use another account name. |
To configure the CCS Services
On the Application Server or Directory Server, open the Symantec.CSM.ConfigureServiceAccount.exe
tool.
In the Configure CCS Services dialog, click or .
Type a new Pass Phrase in the Pass Phrase field, then retype it in the Confirm Pass Phrase field.
If you chose to modify the Application Server settings, type the appropriate information in the following fields:
Click Apply to close the dialog.
Open the Services control panel and do one of the following:
If you chose to modify the Application Server, double-click the Symantec Application Server Service, or right-click and choose properties.
If you chose to modify the Management Services, double-click the Symantec Application Server Service, or right-click and choose properties.
In the Properties dialog box, click , and type the account name and password to use for the service account.
In the Properties dialog box, click .
In the Services control panel, click the name of the service, then click .
Close the Services control panel.
