This error message may appear in agent_log, conduit_log, jlu-controller_log, bmclient_log, and bmserver_log. The error occurs when the relevant component fails to open a file. The file path is provided in the same line of log. In addition to this error, additional information may be available in the corresponding log.
Possible conditions may include that file is corrupt or inadvertently deleted, and either the memory or the disk space is full.
Examine the corresponding log for additional error messages that may help to determine the root cause. Correct those problems accordingly, for example, free disk space, adjust memory usage, etc. If problem persists, contact Symantec support for further assistance.
