The attached whitepaper describes the methods used by IT Analytics for SMP to communicate with the Symantec Management Platform (SMP), Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), and Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) in both single- and multi-tier configurations, and provides sample illustrations of Kerberos configurations.

Although this document refers specifically to version 7.1 SP2 of the Symantec Management Platform, the general outline of IT Analytics interoperability is applicable to all versions of ITA for SMP.
