Symantec CCS Assessment Manager (AM) 11.0 does not support a direct upgrade from earlier versions of Symantec CCS Response Assessment Manager (RAM). However, you will be able to migrate all the relevant assessment data from CCS RAM 10.5 to CCS AM 11.0, using the CCS AM migration utility.
The migration utility and supporting documentation for using the utility is expected to be available in Q3 CY2013. Further information on the availability and usage of the migration utility will be posted on this knowledge base article.
Prerequisites for running the CCS AM 11.0 Data Migration Utility
CCS Response Assessment Manager 10.5 must be installed for running the Migration Utility. If you have a previous version of CCS RAM installed, you must upgrade to CCS RAM 10.5 and then run the migration utility.
