In the Process Manager portal, an administrator or other user who has the appropriate permissions can view the ServiceDesk permissions and their descriptions by category.

To view the list of permissions
In the Process Manager portal, click Admin > Users > Accounts > List Permissions.
On the List Permissions page, under Browse Permissions, select the category of permissions to view.
In the right pane, you can view the permissions that are assigned to the selected category, and you can perform several permission-related actions.
