You update a metrics action plan by performing any of the following tasks for a plan and / or for the plan items that are included in a selected plan:
Manually change the status.
Provide comments, if any.
To update metrics action plan
Launch the SPC Web console by typing _http://<domain_name or IP_address>/SPC_Web or by clicking Launch Web portal under Favorites on the SPC Windows Console.
Go to Analytics > Metrics > View Action Plans
Select a metrics action plan that you wish to update. Perform any of the following tasks to update the plan.
You can update only submitted metrics action plans.
Select a new status from the following to change the current status of the plan:
Provide comments if any, for the plan.
Provide comments if any, for an action plan item.
Select a new status from the following to change the current status of the action plan item:
Click Update to save the updated plan.
You may want to view the completion status of the updated plan in detail. Click the Details button to view the completion status in a pie chart after you click Update.
Click Cancel if you do not wish to update the plan.
