To ensure that the system notifies you when Scanner disk space nears or reaches capacity, you must enable low disk space alerts.

Disk space alerts are sent from the mail administrator that you specify on the Administration > Settings > Alerts page.

To configure low disk space alerts
In the Control Center, click Administration > Settings > Alerts.
Click the Disk Space tab.
In the Disk Space section, ensure that one or more of the alerts are checked.
