The Work Hub is an app that you install on your device. It lets you browse and download apps and content from your organization's app center. Additionally, this app provides mobile device management (MDM) for your device. The Work Hub is supported on iOS 7.x and higher for iPhones and iPads (only in landscape mode for iPad).
Install the Work Hub on your iOS device
Access the Work Hub app download in either of the following ways:
In your mobile device browser, type the URL address that your administrator provides you.
You may be prompted to provide authentication credentials to download the Work Hub, which your administrator should provide.
On your mobile device, open the email message from your administrator inviting you to install the Work Hub app. Tap the download link in the message body. You may be prompted to provide authentication credentials to download the Work Hub, which your administrator should provide.
Tap Install Work Hub.
At the confirmation box confirming that you want to install the Work Hub app, tap Install again.
Locate the Work Hub app on your device and tap it.
Tap Trust to trust the app developer.
On the sign-in page, type your credentials and indicate whether the device is a personal device. Tap Sign In.
If you attempt to enroll a restricted device, an error message appears. Restricted enrollments include attempting to install the Work Hub on a device with an unsupported operating system or attempting to install the Work Hub on more devices than permitted. In this scenario, you can go to the User portal and disassociate another enrolled device. Then you can follow the same procedures to enroll this device.
If prompted to allow the Work Hub to access your location, tap Allow.
You may be prompted to set up a PIN. If so, enter the PIN and tap Change.
You can use this PIN to open the Work Hub, access your WorkSpace, and open sealed and wrapped apps that you download from your organization's app store -- offline and online. You can also use this same PIN across all of your enrolled devices.
If at any time you forget your PIN, you can open the Work Hub with your full organizational credentials.
Even though you have set up a PIN, you are periodically required to authenticate using your full organizational credentials.
If your administrator has enabled mobile device management, you are prompted to enable and install mobile device management on your device. Several screens may appear to complete this process. Follow the screen prompts to agree, enable, install, and trust these items. Tap Done at the end of this process.
