Description

Operations Messages

Scheduled SaaS maintenance periods, system outages, and support tickets.

Licensing Issues

A product license is about to expire or has expired. Or storage space or user count is about to reach its limit or has reached its limit.

Important: You must enable this notification to receive the email notifications that app licenses usage has reached a percentage of its total.

Norton Mobile Security

A threat is detected on a registered device.

Note:

This type of notification is not available in Symantec Mobility: Application Management or Symantec Mobility: Device Management versions.

A certificate is about to expire or has expired.
