You can monitor the total number of Apple Volume Purchase Program - Managed Distribution (VPP) licenses that are available and the number of licenses remaining from the Mobility Manager.
Colored indicators visually show you the state of your licenses or downloads:
No more licenses or downloads are available.
The threshold for licenses or downloads specified on the Settings > App License Management page has been reached (by default, 80%).
Ample licenses or downloads remain (i.e., licenses or downloads have not reached the specified threshold).
VPP information automatically synchronizes every hour (this schedule is not configurable). If you purchase new licenses and don't want to wait for the synchronization process, perform a manual synchronization.
Manually synchronize VPP information
In Mobility Manager, click Settings > App License Management.
Click Sync Now.
Monitor VPP license usage from the Apps page
On the Mobility Manager left pane, click Apps.
In the Apps list, select the app whose license usage you want to check.
App usage and availability appears on the right pane beside License.
The Manage App Licenses button that appears beside license usage for store pointer apps directs you to the Manage App Licenses report. Tip: This button doesn't appear for non-store pointer apps since they don't employ app licensing.
View the Manage App License report
On the left pane, click Reports.
In the Report drop-down menu, select Manage App Licenses.
Specify any other report filter criteria, and click Create Report.
