Resolution
DeployAnywhere is not compatible with the drivers provided by Broadcom for these NICs, because Broadcom doesn't provide drivers which will install from a plain INF.
DeployAnywhere only works with drivers that can be installed from their associated INF file and the Broadcom NetXtreme II drivers require MSI based installation, therefore DeployAnywhere cannot install these drivers.
The Broadcom website states the following:
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ BELOW
Due to the advanced software architecture of the NetXtreme II 1 Gigabit adapter or NetXtreme II 10 Gigabit adapter, the installation/uninstallation of drivers is only supported through a driver installer. Manually installing/uninstalling the drivers through the Device Manager is not recommended.

The following is a workaround/solution:
Build an image on the machine containing the NetXtreme II 1 Gigabit or NetXtreme II 10 Gigabit adapter for restoring back to those machines and then push that image to other non-NetXtreme II Gigabit machines using DeployAnywhere
