The Endpoint Protection widget on your Home page displays the Agent-reported events. From this widget or from any Computer Profile page you can view the Agent-identified, Unresolved Risks on that computer. The Unresolved Security Risks counter links to page that enables you to manage these identified unresolved risks.
Note:
Agents that are installed on Windows 2008 do not support the management console fix, restore, and delete files feature.
Note:
Agents that are installed on Windows Server 2012 do not support the management console restore of quarantined files.

Displays the unresolved risks for all Agents by default or allows the display of a specific Agent Quarantine
Time frame drop-down menu
Controls the period of time for which unresolved items are displayed
Fix button
Instructs the Cloud Endpoint Protection Agent to fix selected risks
File name search
Searches the risks list by partial or full file name
Selection check box
Allows the selection of one, many, or all unresolved risks for the Fix action
Agent (reporting agent name)
Links to the Computer Profile page for that computer
Threat Type
Identifies the nature of the risk
Threat Name
Displays the name of the risk (which may vary from the actual file name)
Date/Time
Displays the date and time the risk was identified
Filename
Displays the directory path and file name of the risk
To view the Endpoint Protection Unresolved Risks listing
From your Home page, click the number of Unresolved Security Risks that are listed in the Endpoint Protection widget.
Note:
Unresolved Security Risks can also be accessed from any computer profile page.
Use the Unresolved Security Risks drop-down menus to filter the display by Agent and by the time frame.
Select the unresolved risks that you want to resolve, and then click Fix.
