If you are an administrator or an account administrator, you can add users to your Symantec Endpoint Protection Small Business Edition cloud account. Once the user is added, you assign them a role depending on the tasks they perform in the management console.

You cannot change your role or the role of others.
You can change others' roles, whether they are administrators or users. If you want to change your role, you must ask another administrator to do it, or log on as a different administrator and change it.
