An administrator can send a user a request to reset their password whenever it is necessary, for example when they have forgotten their password.
To change a user's password
On the top of any page, click Users.
The Users page appears.
Find and select the user whose password you want to change by finding them in the list, searching for them by name.
Click the user's name. In the Password field of the user Summary page, click Reset Password and confirm your action.
Click the OK button.
An email is sent to the user, asking them to create a new password.
