You can grant or revoke user access to computers and the installed services for any of the computers on your account.
To assign a user to a computer and the installed services
On the top of any page, click Computers.
The Computers page appears.
Find and click the computer that you want to grant a user access to.
The Computer Profile page appears with the Services tab open.
Click the Permissions tab.
Click Edit Permissions.
Activate the service check box that is associated with the user's name in the permissions listing. Click Save Changes.
To assign a user to a computer and the installed services (alternate method)
On the top of any page, click Users.
The Users page appears.
Find the user you want to assign by finding them in the list, or searching for them by name.
Click the name of the user you want to assign.
The user's Summary page opens.
Click Permissions in the column on the left.
Use the No Access and Granted Access columns to grant or revoke user access for a service that is running on a computer.
To complete your assignments click Save.
