MSS Customer Portal Reports - Steps to follow for accessing a needed report that's not available on the Portal

Can MSS Customers ask for a new report to be created when the report being looked for is not available on the MSS Portal? If so, what is the process and turnaround time?
Yes, MSS Customers may request a custom report via their Service Manager or by using the Chat function available on the Portal (Chat with the Service Desk, as shown in the figure). The request is then sent to the MSS Reports team who will review the requirements, feasibility and (level of estimate) LOE determination.
The turnaround time varies on the complexity of the report being requested and the queue volume. Generally the reports are delivered within 2-3 weeks of the request creation.
