A generated report is available to download for 40 days
You can keep up to 25 report requests per user active at any one time
You can keep an unlimited number of inactive reports
There are limits on the amount of data that is available for certain reports. If you have selected a time period to report on that is not available for the data you have selected, the report is not generated. The request has an Error status.
