We offer refunds or exchange for items that are within the manufacturer's warranty. That is 3 years for the HAI08 and HV08 and 1 year for the VIP Security Card. If your device is outside that range, we cannot offer a refund or exchange for those items. You will need to purchase a new token.
If you purchased a VIP token through a third party vendor, please contact them first before submitting a request for refund or exchange to Symantec Support.
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to start the process of refunding or exchanging your token or card. Provide your order number and we will start the request for a refund as soon as possible. The order number can be found in the invoice that arrived with the token. If you're unable to locate that, then provide the name of the individual who purchased the token.
