FEATURE REQUEST: Removable Media Encryption should not modify the metadata when decrypting files

Symantec Endpoint Encryption - Removable Media Encryption.
When Removable Media Encryption (RME) files are decrypted the date modified and date created metadata is changed. For litigation purposes, no metadata can be changed on the files that are encrypted/decrypted with RME.
A Feature Request has been submitted for "adding the ability to prevent the modification of the file metadata when the file is encrypted/decrypted with RME".
Symantec Corporation is committed to product quality and satisfied customers. Technical Support filed a Feature Request to add the functionality listed above. This Feature Request is currently being considered by Symantec Corporation to be addressed in a forthcoming version of the product.
