Step 2. Click the case number Symantec Support uploaded the file to. In this example, the case number is "00000000". Once you click the case, the following appears:
Step 3: Click the Attachments button on the right side of the window:
Step 4: After clicking the Attachments button, a brief delay occurs--this is normal and is authenticating your account for file uploads and downloads. The following screen then appears:
Step 5: Click "Download Files" to view the files that have been uploaded by Symantec Support: Note: "Download Files" may appear grayed out, but is clickable. If there are no files to download, the following message will appear:
In this example, the file "Symantec_Encryption_Desktop...zip" has been uploaded:
To download the file, click the file and select "Download".
Uploading files to MySymantec
To Upload files, choose the option "Upload Files" and upload your files. Once uploaded, Symantec Support will be able to download the file.
