SSL Visibility Appliance 3.8.1 maintenance release is now available. Once logged in with your BlueTouch Online credentials, you can download the software patch and Release Notes from the Blue Coat Download Central (https://bluecoat.flexnetoperations.com/control/blct/home).

This is a maintenance release for the SV800, SV1800, SV2800, and SV3800 platforms. It provides critical fixes, including for the "Shell Shock" vulnerability (CVE-2014-6271 and CVE-2014-7169) in the GNU Bourne Again
shell (Bash) command interpreter used in Linux systems.

Blue Coat strongly recommends upgrading all systems to software version 3.8.1.
