Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager does not run LiveUpdate on a schedule.

You have configured Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager to update content daily at a specific time. LiveUpdate does not run at that time, and will not download content until run manually.
Symptoms LiveUpdate does not download content when scheduled. Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager console log has entries similar to the following:
February 1, 2008 2:50:30 PM PST: LiveUpdate will start next at Friday, February 1, 2008 2:52:27 PM PST on
February 1, 2008 2:52:30 PM PST: LiveUpdate will start next at Saturday, February 2, 2008 2:52:31 PM PST on
Log.LiveUpdate does not contain any entries about running at the scheduled time.
This will occur when LiveUpdate is scheduled to run daily and the start time minute picked by the SEPM server is the same minute as the End field.
The workaround is to increase the range of minutes between the Start and End times. Since the SEPM server picks a random minute for the Start time this method should
decrease the probability of the SEPM server picking the End time minute as the Start time.
