Launch WinSCP, and setup a new connection with the following details:
Hostname: ftp.entsupport.symantec.com Username and Password will be provided by your support technician.
4. Click on Browse folder above the right hand pane.
5. Under Open Directory, enter the case number.
NOTE: If directory listing is disabled, you may receive an error.
6. Highlight the selected file in the left hand pane, and drag it to the directory on the right hand pane. 7. Once the upload has completed, call/email your support representative with the exact filename.
