If using the control panel's Add/Remove programs does not work when you are trying to uninstall LiveUpdate Administrator, the below registry entries and file/folder locations should be deleted after stopping the program's services:
On the Windows taskbar, click Start > Run.
In the Open box, type the following text:
In the command window, type the following text:
net stop “LUA Apache Tomcat”

7. Press the Enter key, then close the command window
