Issue/Introduction

This question appears when you try to restore an image.

Symptoms
After the image is restored, the machine begins to blue screen or does not reboot.


Cause

Generally it is caused by the machine not being properly shut down.

Resolution

Changing from AHCI to IDE (or ATA/Compatibility) resolved the issue in this case.
