Follow the steps to resolve the issue... 1. Login to the CCS Application server machine as the user account being used by the Symantec Application Server service 2. Launch the CCS console 3. On the console click Home>User Preferences 4. Enter the password for the user account mentioned in step1 above in the space provided 5. Re-enter the same password in the box next to confirm password 6. Click Update Password button 7. Monitor the Symantec CCS event log to verify if the event comes up again 8. If it comes up again contact Symantec Technical Support for further troubleshooting
